About Derf Fredericks 


Derf Fredericks is what you would call a “Career REALTOR®”. His 45+ years of real estate experience in the South Bay has made many clients lifetime clients. Derf keeps himself young by moving real estate to the classroom, teaching real estate classes at El Camino College and managing the online Lumbleau Real Estate School. Many of his students enjoy his teaching methods and follow him to Fredericks Realty. As if Derf needs another job, he also works as a Hearing Officer has provided Derf with extensive knowledge of our property taxes laws.
