Terms and Conditions for Inspection Fee Reimbursement 


This document outlines the terms and conditions under which Judith Moreno, hereinafter referred to as "the Agent", D.B.A Sold with Judith, agrees to reimburse inspection fees for clients, hereinafter referred to as "the Client." By participating in this program, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:


1. Maximum Reimbursement Amount: The Agent is willing to reimburse the Client for inspection fees, up to a maximum of $550 per transaction. This reimbursement is subject to the submission of valid proof of payment, including a receipt/invoice and a detailed inspection report from the chosen inspection company.

2. Special Inspections: Special inspections, separate from the main inspection, may be considered for reimbursement at the discretion of the Agent. The Client must obtain written documentation from the inspection company for any special inspections, and approval from the Agent is required before reimbursement can be processed.

3. Choice of Inspection Company: The Client has the freedom to choose their preferred inspection company. The selected company must provide a detailed invoice, receipt, and inspection report for the reimbursement process to be initiated.

4. Repayment Process: Reimbursement will be credited to the Client within 15-30 days after the closing transaction. The reimbursement will be issued in the form of a check. The Client must provide a valid mailing address to ensure timely receipt of the reimbursement.

5. Written Agreement: Upon entering into an agreement with the Agent, the Client and the Agent will execute a separate written agreement specifically addressing the terms and conditions of inspection fee reimbursement. This written agreement will serve as an addendum to the overall contractual arrangement between the parties.

6. Discretionary Approval: The Agent reserves the right to exercise discretion in approving or denying reimbursement for inspection fees. Approval is contingent upon the Client's adherence to the terms outlined herein and the satisfactory completion of inspections.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Agent reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program implies acceptance of the revised terms.


By engaging in a contractual relationship with the Agent, the Client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the forfeiture of reimbursement for inspection fees.
